He has reviewed thousands of applications — the good, the great, and the ones that failed to communicate the student's true potential. Over time, he identified the pattern. That method became the foundation of College App Lab. Before founding it, he spent two decades as a university professor and researcher — with over 15 peer-reviewed publications and experience at Fortune 100 companies including Eli Lilly, American Express, and Pfizer. That background sharpened his ability to see how academic potential gets communicated on paper — and where it gets lost.
